Research Australia’s “Thank You” Day – Get involved in November 2009
Thank You” Day is a time to recognise and thank the people who work tirelessly every day to protect us and improve and save our lives. From the ordinary to the extraordinary, they keep our drinking water safe, air clean, children healthy and improve our quality of life. They are the unsung heroes such as researchers, public health officers, support staff, philanthropists, government organisations and volunteers who make sure our health and quality of life is a top priority.
During November until "Thank You" Day, Friday, 20 November, Research Australia members and members of the community are encouraged to get involved in "Thank You" Day.
