Clinical Trial Facililties -Centre for Clinical Studies.

Nucleus Network operates two early phase clinical trial units at the Centre for Clinical Studies. It is in these units that new drugs and compounds are administered to clinical research volunteers in a strictly controlled environment, attended to 24 hours a day by Nucleus Network’s specially trained medical support staff. Participants in trials are watched closely for any reactions and have blood samples, blood pressure and other vital signs taken and carefully recorded at regular intervals. The information collected monitors and protects the participant’s health and also provides crucial information about the therapy under trial. These participant profiles inform the pharmaceutical company’s understanding of the drug and acre a crucial part of the development of the therapy.

The clinical trials performed at Nucleus Network involve either healthy volunteers or, sometimes, patients with specific medical conditions. We rely heavily on community involvement in this process, and are grateful for the time and effort offered by our volunteers, without whom new medicines would not reach the people who need them most

With our network of peer reviewed clinicians and management staff, Nucleus Network has the breadth and depth of capabilities and experience to assist Sponsors to anticipate obstacles, avoiding them whenever possible during the clinical development process.

We conduct trials customised to Sponsors’ needs, servicing small or large biotech, medical device or pharma companies. We always ensure effective facilitation of communication between the Sponsor and the investigator to ensure that any study related issues are addressed in a timely manner.

All our clinical research is conducted to high quality, audit-ready research, that is internationally recognised to the accepted standards of Good Clinical Practise as defined by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA), International Conference on Harmonisation(ICH) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Experience

We are accomplished in conducting clinical research programs using the latest techniques and a coordinated, collaborative approach to clinical research. All our trials are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
