| 139 Part B - This study is testing a new medication for the treatment of Psoriasis. |
- Males & Females with moderate to severe stable plaque psoriasis aged 18-55 years
- To be eligible, you should have stable plaque psoriasis covering at least 10% of your body surface area not including the scalp. This equates to the size of 10 palms of your hand.
- (1% = 1 palm of your hand)

| LID-001 - This study is investigating two formulations of a gel which have been developed for the relief of pain associated with a Shingles rash after the rash has gone. |
- Males & Females aged 18 to 85 years who were diagnosed with Shingles and although their rash is now gone, they are still experiencing some type of pain in the area where the shingles rash occurred.

Participation in the study will involve a 3hour screening visit for a thorough medical examination to determine eligibility, one overnight inpatient stay in our clinic (~24hrs) and one two hour outpatient visit which can be attended anytime between 5 to 9 days after the inpatient stay. This study is being conducted at the Centre for Clinical Studies located in Prahran Melbourne. |
